Placing an order on-line
PeeKoo™ orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Peekoo's™ website.  Our website is easy to navigate, just click the "Add to Cart" button from the PeeKoo™ product page and follow the instructions.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted.
You can also order by telephone Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm by calling 970.390.3208.  If you do not reach a live person, please leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Shipping
PeeKoo™ ships Priority Mail via USPS to the USA.  If you would like to place an order Internationally, please call 970.390.3208 for more information.
Standard Delivery
All in-stock items will ship Priority Mail via USPS within 36 hours unless otherwise requested.
Within the Continental U.S., PeeKoo™ guarantees delivery of all in-stock items within 3-5 business days.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
Credit card orders are not charged until they leave our warehouse.
Costs
Standard orders up to $190 within the Continental U.S., are charged a flat shipping fee of $10.00.  Anything over $190 will be charged an additional cost.
An additional $10.00 is added to the standard delivery charge for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
International Shipping

Return and Exchange Policy
At PeeKoo™, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.  Items purchased at full price may be exchanged, replaced or returned within 30 days of purchase given that they are in new, unwashed condition within their original packaging.  We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from PeeKoo™.
Details:
Items should be unused, unwashed, salable and returned in their original product packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
If you received a wrong item or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charges.
Expect to receive a refund within four weeks from shipping your return to PeeKoo™.  This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our office and processing from your bank or credit card company.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Instructions
If you wish to return your merchandise, please call before you do so. Calling ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation and provide you with the best possible customer service.  We assure you speaking to use will expedite any return or exchange process.

Returning a Gift
We would be happy to offer you an exchange for your gift following the return guidelines above.  Please note, however, that we are unable to issue cash refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order.  Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with PeeKoo™.

Taxes
Colorado Sales Tax is applied to all orders placed in Colorado.

Payment Information
PeeKoo™ accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover and PayPal for all on-line orders.  Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.  If multiple shipments are required, to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped.  Shipping fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Merchandise Availability
PeeKoo™ makes every effort to ensure availability; however on occasion, items may be limited or sold out due to demand levels.
